Raven

Raven is Vancouver's new club for leatherdykes. Yeah, leatherdykes - lesbians in leather, gay women in glorious hides, female homosexuals in fabulous fetish wear - whichever same sex designation you choose, Raven will honour and welcome you.

Raven takes flight at Numbers Leather Loft and will nest there at least one Friday night of every month.

Who is Raven? Raven appears in many forms - A dungeon bird according to Edgar Alan Poe, a trickster, a creator, a strong and mighty creature in many cultures. Right now in Vancouver Raven is a small group of hardass leatherdykes (Silva, Anna, Satin, Sabina, and Pat) who've got some ideas and some energy to share.

Many people seemed to think a leather bar for dykes in Vancouver was an impossible idea. But, "quoth the Raven, "Nevermore."
